What a sweet sweet thought......

This is my Bestie.....

So I am extremely blessed I have many close friends.....some I have had since I was in diapers....others since school....and others are more recent. But very rarely does one come along that I know without a doubt that I knew before this life. My beautiful best friend Tara is just that. I know that we were friends in the pre-mortal existence, we probably laughed and cried then as we do now...what an awesome feeling that is. Not only is she an amazing friend she's a great example of the gospel....she makes me want to be a better person. I'm so happy to have her in my life. She's been the best friend a girl could ask for...she always is there to listen and to offer advice (which she's really REALLY good at....and that's good cause I really REALLY need it at times)...anyways just wanted to give a little "shout-out" and let you all know and also let her know how thankful I am for her.

I love them each so much.....mY sOn, My bRotHeR, mY DaD and My gRaNDpA.

Each of them hold such a special and dear place in my heart....I wouldn't be who I am without each of them in my life.....I'm one lucky girl.

Ok sO tHis A BriEf rE-cAp oF tHe laSt yEaR.....

JaNuaRy through aPriL were pretty uneventful, other than my GIANT SWELLING belly.

The sweet month of MaY brought Miss Allysa Kathleen....what an amazing little gift she is. Also Kohl graduated from Kindergarten.

JunE, jUlY and AuGusT was my roller coaster of a summer.

I moved from Prescott 2 Snowflake back 2 Prescott.....

From in a relationship 2 being Engaged 2 being Single...

but had a fabulous trip to UTAH to visit my bestest friend,

this trip helped me get back on track and remember the things and people that really matter.

Kohl also started first grade and I absolutely LOVE

his teacher.....she's a doll. He can read and write and is getting too smart for his mama!

It was a crazy summer one that I wish not to repeat EvEr but one that I grew tremendously because of...and for that I'm extremely grateful.

SeMpteMber was a great month!!! Kohl turned 7 and Allysa was blessed....we were surrounded by family and friends for both of these events.

OcToBEr was fun as well....I made another trip up to UTAH this time to go to Conference.....I love SaLt Lake, I love getting to be in the same room as the prophet...I love the spirit that is felt there, it's an amazing experience...

nOvEMbeR started off with a bang...I received my

Patriarchal blessing, oh my goodness it was by far one of the most humbling and amazing events to happen in my life. It helped to remind me just how much my Heavenly Father loves me, it brought so much peace to my life. I'm so grateful for the gospel and the joy it has brought to my life.

Also during this month I went to the premier of

NEW MOON.

I know it may seem silly to mention it but I was super excited and did count down the days to it.....it was so much fun even if I was surrounded by 14 year old screaming girls....I'm still Team Vampire, although Jacob made it a hard decision.....haha.

DeCemBeR was filled with a 20 hour (felt like 5 days) long trip to San Antonio, Texas to see my little brother graduate from college. I was so extremely proud....I know that no matter where he goes in life or what he does he will succeed.

Christmas was so much fun this year.....surrounded by my family it was a wonderful holiday.

So that's it in a nutshell......pretty busy, kinda crazy.....but worth every minute of it.

Wishing everyone a safe and wonderful 2010...

My Prince....

My son is amazing...

The love that he carries in his heart for me is one the of the greatest gifts my Heavenly Father has given me.

While at dinner the other night my brother and parents were asking me about a "potential" date of mine...what he does, where he lives, what he's like....the usual questions one might ask...

and then a little voice speaks up and says....

"is he a good man?" and it's my precious son.

I was blown away....what a simple yet important question...

and that from a 7 year old...WOW!

I know that whoever may come into my life he will have to get approval from those closest to me, but I must say the one approval that will be most important to me will be that of Kohl's.

Because the world would be a much better place if there were more MEN like my son.

I realize I'm rather late on posting these.....but better late than never right???
So- I love LOVE LOVE Halloween....not sure if it's cause I can play dress up or the fact that I can have candy in the house to last me till Easter, or if it's because I love watching Kohl ring the door bell and saying "trick or treat"

but it's one of my favorite holidays....

This year was even more fun, as we had Allysa joining in on the celebration!!! So much fun...here they are...

So Kohl does say some of the funniest things EVER.....really he does. I think sometime when I'm not so busy or not so lazy I shall write a book w/ all of his silly sayings in them.....until then here's some of my favs:

*Room at the Point Hilton- $130.00, Breakfast in Bed- $30.00, Goggles at the Lazy River- $6.50........Hearing your son scream "OH MY GOSH THIS ROOM COMES WITH IT'S OWN PEN".......PRICELESS!!! !!

*You woke me from my beauty sleep....picture him all grouchy about it also!

*Mom even though I'm seven now I'm still always going to need you

*I'm gonna pull out my tongue and slap you with it
